Researchers say that cinnamon infused particles can fight cancer a safer way. Gold nano particles find and detect the cancer cells. But they are harmful. They require harsh chemicals. Researchers wanted to find a way to use green nano technology. They mixed gold salts and cinnamon together instead. Then they stirred it with water.The combination of nanoparticles and phyto chemicals enter the cancer cells and destroy them. This process takes no electricity and no harsh chemicals. The nano particles and the phyto chemicals react with the cancer cells. They called this the Pharmaceutical Research. Who knew that gold salt and cinnamon can fight cancer!

ReplyDeleteIt's great how they've found this out. Many people in my family have suffered from and/or passed away from cancer, so seeing this makes me happy that they're finding new ways to battle it.
Could you do more posts on some uses of green things in science, like the cinnamon is being used?
